Privacy

Dekkr is built to know as little about you as possible. There is no account and no tracking, in the app or on this website.

The app

Dekkr runs on your computer. Your decks, pictures, fonts and templates are files on it, and they never leave it unless you send them somewhere yourself.

To check for updates, it asks this website or GitHub whether a new version is out. Nothing about you is sent with the question.

Buying Dekkr

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar processes your name, email address, payment details and billing address to complete the order, send your license key and meet tax rules. We see your email address and your order, never your full card details. Polar's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

When you activate your license, the key is checked with Polar, together with your computer's kind (a Mac's model, or “Windows PC”) and an anonymous code made from its hardware ID, so the key works on one computer. The code can't be turned back into the ID.

This website

This site sets no cookies and loads no trackers. Cloudflare, which hosts it, shows us visit totals, such as which pages are read and from which countries, never who you are.

Questions

Write to support@yomilly.com. You can ask us what we hold about you (usually just your order) and have it deleted.
